Today is the first day in a long time that the weather looks a little like spring. The sun is out, the birds are singing... sadly, however, it's still pretty cold. Lightweight t-shirts and bare legs will probably have to wait for at least another month or two. But while we can't quite yet wear all of our new spring clothes, we can at least try out spring's make-up trends without having to worry about frostbite. Two tutorials for Topshop's S/S'11 make-up collections landed on their website today: Tribal Warrior, a look from their Sandstorm collection (think festival, desert-inspired), and Grunge Rock, from new pieces to land in the core collection (the standard range of make-up). Anyway, I rather like the idea of shaking up your make-up for the new season. Below is the link to the Tribal Warrior video, which is a strong, festival-esque look focusing on graphic eye make-up. I'm quite tempted to try it out for myself (though I might be toning it down a bit).
