It won't have escaped your notice that Western style is going to be a huge trend this autumn (well, where Isabel Marant goes, most of us duly follow). Anything with fringing on or looking a little bit like it might be worn by a cowboy is suddenly seeming oh so appealing to me. Take these Zara boots. Two seasons ago I wouldn't even have given them a second glance. Now, thanks to their similarity to Marant's Blacksons, I am suddenly enamoured. It's fair to say that due to its "love it or hate it" nature, the Western trend won't be hanging around too long, so i think it's only sensible to go high street rather than high end on this one. I also think these Zara boots won't be hanging around long either, so jump on your horse and get on down to your nearest saloon - sorry, store - rightaway.
